**Senior Hardware Engineer (m/f/d)**

### That's The Job

- Development of **analogue and digital circuits** taking into account **EMC&EMI** (**CE**, **FCC**, **IC**, **CE**, **RED**) 
- **Verification** and **testing** of **optical** and **electrical applications** of products
- **Participation** in the **creation** of the **hardware architecture**: **defining** the **concept** and **specifications**
- **Supporting** the **lifecycle** of **product manufacturing** including **documentation**
- **Research** and **development** including **laboratory work** and **prototyping**
- Taking responsibility on **international certification** (EMC, battery, product safety: UL/CSA/ETL)

### That's You

- Completed **degree in electrical engineering** or comparable qualification
- Ideally several years of experience 
- Experience in the area of **high-speed design**, **power** and **signal integrity** and **EMC-compliant design**
- Familiarity in the field of **micro-controller**s 
- Expertise in the area of **serial interfaces and buses** (USB, SPI, UART, I²C...)
- Dealing with modern circuit design and simulation tools (eg, **Altium Designer**)
- Familiarity with **power supply circuits** and **battery-powered devices**
- Basic **programming skills** and/or **mechanical 3D design** skills are a plus
- **Independent** way of working, high **decision-making ability**, problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills in **English** and able to clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestions, additional **German** skills are an asset
