Your tasks:
- Provide advanced (2nd/3rd line) technical support for systems and infrastructure issues
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and ensure timely resolution of tickets in the ITSM system
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Administer, operate and maintain enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, Security and Compliance solutions (e.g. MS Purview), Endpoint Manager (Baramundi), and file sharing platforms
- Manage and monitor office network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet), including firewalls, access points, switches; VPNs, and traffic/security policies
- Operate and maintain NAS, antivirus systems, and backup solutions
- Implement automation for Account and endpoint management, collaborate with the global IT team and external vendors for operations and system changes
Your profile:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, IT infrastructure, systems support, or IT security
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, MS Exchange, AD and Entra ID, Endpoint Management (Intune/Baramundi), MS Purview, MS Defender
- Working knowledge of network hardware and administration: firewalls, Wi-Fi APs, Switches, VPN, zero trust solutions and VLANs
- Familiarity with managing NAS systems, antivirus platforms, and backup tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
