Senior Machine Learning Engineer (M/F/X) Salary: 50000 - 75000 EUR per year. At The Stepstone Group GmbH we are looking for a Machine-Learning engineer! Our tech stack: Atlassian, Bamboo, CI/CD, Cloud, LLM, Machine Learning, Product Manager, PyTorch, Python, Terraform. Requirements: - Strong team player, willing to learn from and contribute to an experienced team
- High engagement, proactivity, and sense of ownership
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in production-level Python (Clean, SOLID)
- Industry experience in Amazon Sagemaker deployment
- Experience in deploying and scaling LLMs in production
- Experience with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (Atlassian Bamboo) and test automation best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree is preferred
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects is a plus
- Experience with PyTorch or transformers is a plus
- Experience with managed Vector DBs is a plus. Your responsibilities are: - Implement and productionise ML-based services using Sagemaker
- Work on NLP and LLM projects, applying your expertise to contribute to and build on our existing solutions
- Utilize IaC and CI/CD best practices to increase the efficiency in deployment and management of resources
- Collaborate with our Data Scientists team to design and implement ML workflows
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, explaining complex machine learning concepts in a clear and concise manner.
