SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AUTOMOTIVE / INDUSTRIAL – CONTRACT LOGISTICS
JOB DESCRIPTION
DP World is seeking a charismatic and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Automotive and Industrial verticals within our Contract Logistics division. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships across geographies
* Lead commercial activities including RFQs, renewals, and contract negotiations
* Build trust and develop tailored solutions for complex customer needs
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceed growth targets
* Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally to deliver integrated solutions
EXPERIENCE
* 8+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, ideally with Automotive/Industrial focus
* Proven track record in value-based selling and exceeding sales quotas
* Strong communicator and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
