* You manage and evaluate external Executive Search partners, ensuring clear alignment with STADA's expectations and performance standards.
* You provide a premium, confidential candidate experience and represent STADA's leadership culture and EVP in all senior-level interactions.
Who we are looking for
* In your role, you bring 10-15 years of experience in Executive Search (in-house or with a top-tier search firm).
* You have a strong track record in hiring Executive roles and an extensive global network in Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG or PE-backed environments.
* You are able to effectively influence and partner with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.
* You have deep expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping and global talent intelligence.
* You work with a high level of discretion, speed and a strong ownership mindset.
* You have excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
* You are used to working in fast-paced, international environments.
