Join our Global Controlling department in Wolfenbüttel as

**Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering - Regional Management (f/m/d)**

**Your main tasks: **

- Business partnering as a financial sparring partner (without P&L responsibility) for global sales regions
- Cost and performance accounting (FI/CO) including contribution margin/ROI views and identification of efficiency opportunities
- Influential consultation of C-Level and Regional Leadership on P&L delivery and strategy of business units
- Process owner for Planning, forecasting, reporting and scenario analysis within Regional Management for budget and forecast cycles and performance reporting
- Set and define standards, guardrails and processes within regional management and support strategy definition
- Management reporting & KPI/dashboard design, including plan/actual/forecast variances & driver analysis
- Lead cross-functional financial projects and partner with IT on monitoring and planning tool introduction
- Deep dives and transparency on stocks, product and bottle mix as well as gross margin (CMII%) potentials
- Effectiveness monitoring for campaigns, promotions, and trade activities (business cases, tracking, reviews)
- Ad-hoc support on commercial and financial matters
- Governance, data and process quality, ensuring clear standards, controls, and compliance requirements
- Advanced stakeholder management, preparation of decision documents and regular concise management summaries and presentations for C-level

**Your qualifications & skills: **
- Completed Bachelor or Master of Science or related fields
- Extensive years experience in Commercial Finance and Commercial Analytics
- Prior working experience in an international spirit business is a must and Sales/Distribution of brands is a strong plus
- Proven track record in business partnering/internal consulting at senior leadership/c-level
- Highly analytical mindset paired with a willingness to consult and spar
- Experience in Developing Business Cases
- Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point) and handling of big data
- Fluent Business English, German is considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills to present complex matters in an engaging and understandable way
- International mindset, experienced with different cultures
