· In your role, you will focus on reviewing externally prepared market and
mortgage lending value appraisals for plausibility of the selected
approaches and the valuation methods used

with your specialist knowledge and will help to clarify a wide range of
questions relating to real estate and its value determination
· You maintain an international network of contacts in the appraisal scene
and observe the development of the real estate markets in a practical
manner
· You will also be involved in various associations and working groups
(e.g. HypZert, RICS, etc.)
-What we look for:-
· Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering,
surveying or a similar discipline
· Sound professional experience of several years (at least 5 years) in
commercial real estate appraisal
· Profound insights into the valuation of foreign real estate
· You are highly committed and communicative, appreciate working in a team
and enjoy complex tasks and tackling topics with motivation and passion
· Business-fluent English and French language skills, enabling you to
communicate confidently in international and client-facing contexts
