### Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
* Experience related to physics, patterns, motion design and visual design elements.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. * Create initial motion concepts and high-fidelity mocks, radically exploring new approaches for Google’s AI-era design language. You will navigate ambiguity by translating complex ideas into tangible visuals that test UI conventions.
* Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to evolve bold ideas. Quickly and precisely respond to feedback, leveraging high-order teamwork skills to refine motion concepts and specs in real-time and ensure the collective goal remains cohesive.
* Create detailed documentation and logic for developers to accurately implement motion designs.
* Provide the necessary context for unique animations, ensuring that even the most expressive concepts are technically viable and seamlessly integrated.
