# Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)
## Real Estate Development
Our client is a leading international real estate and construction group with a strong presence across Europe. With a clear focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term value creation, the company delivers high-quality residential and mixed-use developments in dynamic urban markets.
For its real estate development activities in** Bratislava**, we are currently looking for an experienced and driven **Senior Project Manager** who is eager to take ownership of complex residential projects and contribute to the successful growth of the development portfolio.
### Your Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for real estate development projects from initial preparation through to final approval and occupancy permit
- Preparation of project concepts, profitability analyses, forecasts and cost budget
- Coordination and supervision of all project activities across all development phases
- Oversight of project execution, including engineering activities and technical construction supervision
- Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, authorities and institutions
- Optimization of processes throughout project planning and execution
- Preparation of documentation for tender procedures and selection of external and contractual partners
- Cost monitoring and budget control
- Management of contractual relationships related to development activities
- Close coordination with construction management and internal directorates
- Coordination of sales activities with internal sales teams and external brokers
- Management of complaints, claims, handover and acceptance of apartments and other premises
- Control and supervision of external contractual partners
- Leadership and responsibility for the assigned team of technicians
- Execution of additional administrative tasks as assigned by management
### Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related technical field
- Professional experience as a project manager in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of the local construction market environment
- Proven ability to independently manage development projects and budgets
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail and decision-making capability
- Fluency in Slovak; German or English language skills are an advantage
- Category B driving license
