**Your tasks:**

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance gas laser systems (HeNe, Argon) from initial concept to series production
- Act as the ultimate technical authority for troubleshooting complex system failures, utilizing diagnostic tools and simulation
- Guide junior engineers and collaborate with electronics, software, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration

**Your qualification:**

- **Extensive professional experience (5+ years)** in the development of gas laser sources, with a portfolio of successfully launched products or significant research milestones
- High degree of reliability, creativity and commitment
- Independent and persistent working style
