Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Fund Distribution Department within Sales & Relationship Management. We are responsible for the active distribution of selected strategies on our UCITS and AIF platforms.
**Your tasks and responsibilities:**
- Approaching and attracting institutional investors (pension funds, pension funds, family offices, banks, treasury) and wholesale clients (fund of funds managers and asset managers) for investment strategies of selected asset managers (mutual funds or mandates) in the defined sales area
- Conception and implementation of joint business plans with the aim of a steady increase in sales and a continuous expansion of the partner network
- Active and targeted sales management as well as sales, marketing and revenue development of the distribution partners
**Your skills and experience:**
- Degree in economics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally acquired in an international environment
- Previous sales experience
- Performance-oriented, result-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with a professional appearance
- High degree of customer orientation and affinity for numbers
- High level of assertiveness and the ability to inspire others for a cause
- Fluent in English
