- Collaborate with product teams to ensure reliability and performance of database systems
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
- Respond to incidents and conduct post-mortem analysis to prevent future issues
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads
- Participate in on-call rotations to support system availability
