?? What you will be doing

* ?? Designing, building, testing, and operating software solutions for logistics and manufacturing use cases, including robots, AGVs, and (semi-)automated production systems
* ?? Working in a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud & on-premise) and managing complex deployments at scale
* ?? Applying a strong software operations mindset to monitor, maintain, and improve uptime, performance, and efficiency
* ?? Leveraging your experience in PLC or robot programming to evolve existing solutions toward flexible, software-defined manufacturing
* ?? Acting as a bridge between digital product delivery and physical logistics and manufacturing systems
* ?? Defining, monitoring, and continuously improving SLAs, SLOs, and critical KPIs (e.g. OEE)
* ?? Operating and troubleshooting the software you build directly in the production environment



?? What you bring

* ?? Several years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, smart factory, PLC, or robotics environments
* ?? Hands-on experience operating large-scale, production-grade software systems (cloud & on-premise)
* ?? A strong understanding of operational excellence and the commercial impact of system downtime
* ?? Practical experience across modern software development disciplines: infrastructure, observability, testing, deployment pipelines, and quality assurance
* ?? Solid knowledge of several of the following technologies:
* ?? Experience in cloud operations (Azure is a plus)
* ?? Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and SLA/SLO practices
* ?? Willingness to travel to our manufacturing site in Richen as needed and within Germany & Austria for team events
