- Collaborate with product teams to shape product strategies based on research findings
- Design, plan, and execute user research studies including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Advocate for the user within the product development process
