To strengthen our service operations, we are now looking for a **Service Coordinator (m/f/d)** to join our team in Hamburg.
**Role Overview**
As a **Service Coordinator**, you will be the first and main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, complaints, and support requests. You will coordinate service activities, spare parts, and job documentation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first contact for customer communication regarding service inquiries, complaints, and support requests (internal and external stakeholders)
- Coordinate multiple service jobs simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
- Determine and arrange supply of spare parts for service attendances
- Ensure completeness and proper processing of orders, job files (including invoicing), and close orders once technically complete
- Prepare and lead customer meetings to review service activities and performance
- Identify request patterns and initiate action plans independently or in cooperation with other teams
**Key Requirements**
- MBO or Bachelor’s degree, with several years of experience in a service-oriented organization
- Technical or maritime educational background, or work experience in a technical environment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Disciplined, assertive, and an excellent communicator in both German and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Hands-on mentality, team-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic international setting
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance to Hamburg
