Our systems are used worldwide on commercial, work and specialized vessels, as well as on mega-yachts.
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) to work worldwide. You will install, maintain and commission our systems directly on board – in shipyards, ports and at customer sites around the globe. In doing so, you will work closely with shipping companies, shipyards and yacht managers to ensure that our systems operate reliably and accurately.
Einsatzort: Hamburg (Werkstatt) und weltweit bei Serviceeinsätzen
Your tasks

Carrying out maintenance and repair work on maneuvering drives in our workshop in Hamburg
-
Worldwide service visits and commissioning of our systems on board ships

Troubleshooting and malfunctions on-site and at factory
-
Support with on-site installation, testing and final acceptance test

Technische Beratung unserer Kunden während Serviceeinsätzen
-
Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten sowie Erstellung von Serviceberichten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion und Vertrieb
Ihr Profil
-
Completed professional training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, marine engineer or equivalent qualification
-
Good knowledge of mechanics, basic knowledge of electrical engineering and, ideally, hydraulics
-
Willingness to travel worldwide for service jobs
-
An independent, reliable and solution-oriented approach to work
-
Good English skills for international service jobs knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
