- Expertise in professional communication, digital audio, and IP video technology (AES3, AES67, SDI, ST 2110, ST 2022-6), as well as IP standards (TCP, UDP, IGMP, VLAN, PTP V-2, Multicast media traffic).
- Strong understanding of IT and networking infrastructures with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with fiber optic interconnected systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with IT and networking infrastructures, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with fiber optic interconnected systems is a plus
- Passion for customer communication and troubleshooting complex broadcast systems
- Strong team player who fits into the culture of an international, medium-sized company
- Cross-domain thinking with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Self-organized with a proactive approach to learning new technologies
- Confident, sociable, and open personality with natural authority
