Your Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for smooth operations during shifts
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Coordinating communication between departments
- Maintaining communication with employees and ensuring high work
standards
- Planning staff schedules and managing vacation requests
- Optimizing processes and workflows
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
What You Bring:
- Initial leadership experience, ideally in logistics
- Experience in a dynamic warehouse or production environment
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime (Early: 06:00 – 14:30 |
Late: 14:30 – 23:00 | Night shifts possible during peak periods)
- Proficiency in German or English (Russian is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Assertiveness, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
