Profile You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial
Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Economics, or a
related field. Alternatively, you bring extensive hands-on experience
in operations management that compensates for formal education You
possess a strong background in service operations, ideally within the
logistics or technology service industrie You have a proven track
record of leadership across both blue-collar and white-collar work
environments You have experience managing profit and loss (P&L)
responsibilities and thriving in performance-driven settings, with a
focus on metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs You are familiar with shop floor management tools and
