Ihre Aufgaben
- Managing and overseeing all activities on the assigned construction
site to ensure execution is on time, within budget, and as per
contractual requirements
- Acting as the primary interface to the customer on all contractual
matters and maintaining professional relationships with local
authorities
- Fostering a safety-first culture by ensuring strict adherence to
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans and regulations by all
personnel
- Driving site activities to achieve contractual milestones and
managing workforce requirements effectively
- Handling change management on-site, including the preparation and
negotiation of variation orders to subcontractors
- Ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and that all
relevant records are created and archived accurately
- Managing the site budget and ensuring that costs remain within the
defined project limits
Unsere Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering
- Multiple years of professional experience as a Site Manager or
Senior Site Manager, specifically on large-scale construction sites in
the energy sector or similar industries
- Sound commercial awareness, experience in contract management, and
strong business acumen
- Relevant knowledge and certified experience in the field of HSE
- Full fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Structured and organized approach with excellent leadership,
communication, and customer interface skills
- Possession of a valid driving license
