- Leading the site quality program
- Direct leadership of the site quality team. Indirect leadership across the site through consistent quality program implementation
- Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through
- Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company-specific requirements
- Analyzing quality-related KPIs and using data to identify improvement opportunities through structured root cause analysis
- Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development
### What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in quality or technical fields
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality leadership position in production
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Fluent language skills in German and English
