- Handle complex cases with legal and social dimensions
- Ensure quality assurance across all counseling activities
- Prepare reports and performance analysis for the client organization
- Act as the primary interface between the hub, the commissioning organization, and external partners
**Your Profile**
- Degree in social work, law, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a refugee or migration context
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of residence law, social law, and labor law in Germany
- **Excellent English and German**
- **Ukrainian is a strong advantage**
