We are *Dr. Klein Wowi Digital AG* and our mission is to modernize the
housing industry step by step by creating smart solutions that enable our
customers to future-proof their business processes.

Our *web-based ERP software WOWIPORT* enables housing companies to work in
a modern way and opens up a new dimension of mobility. We build on more
than 20 years of expertise in developing innovative software solutions for
the financial and real-estate industries.

Are you motivated to digitize our processes and sustainably improve
collaboration across the company? Do you have a strong affinity for
business processes, Microsoft tools, and IT topics? Then we are looking for
you to further *develop our CRM system based on Dynamics 365*. You can
start *from June 2026* and work either remotely *anywhere in Germany* or at
one of our locations in Berlin or Leipzig.

-What you will work on-

· *Working in the Microsoft ecosystem *
You work daily with tools from the Microsoft portfolio such as MS Dynamics
365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and the Microsoft 365 suite.
· *Development and customization of Dynamics components *
You develop and customize entities, forms, views and business rules in MS
Dynamics 365 and technically implement business requirements.
· *Collaboration with the team *
Together with our CRM team you evaluate requirements, develop solutions,
and implement them in Dynamics.
· *Introduction and further development of CRM modules *
You introduce new or existing CRM modules and develop them holistically and
continuously.
· *Implementation of workflows and automations *
You create and maintain Power Automate flows, workflows, plugins, and
custom actions.
· *Further development of model-driven apps *
You customize and extend model-driven apps within the existing Sales,
Marketing, and Customer Service environment.
· *Interface development & system integration *
You develop and maintain interfaces between Dynamics 365 and third-party
systems (e.g. ERP, data warehouse, portals, Power BI).
· *Support of architecture & governance *
You support topics such as security roles and authorization concepts.

-What you bring with you-

· *Dynamics 365 development & customizing *
You have experience customizing entities, forms, views, business rules, and
model-driven apps, as well as technically implementing business
requirements.
· *Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem *
You have solid experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and work
confidently within the Microsoft environment (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power
Platform, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), Microsoft 365).
· *Automation & server-side development *
You have strong expertise in automating business processes using Power
Automate and experience developing plugins, workflows, and custom actions
in C#.
· *Client-side development *
You have experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript for control elements
(e.g. validations, UI logic, field dependencies) and confidently use the
Xrm API.
· *Interfaces & integration *
You have experience developing and integrating REST APIs based on existing
endpoints.
· *Architecture, solutions & governance *
You have a solid understanding of system architectures, managed solutions,
solution layering as well as security roles and authorization concepts.
· *Working style & collaboration *
You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner and
enjoy collaborating with different departments and teams.
