Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Software Engineer (m/f/d) in the department Combat Mission Support Systems Software in Manching.
The department develops and maintains Electronic Warfare Ground Support Systems for A400M, Tornado, Eurofighter and future aircrafts. The systems enable mission data preparation, provide the interfaces to the flying platforms, and support the evaluation of the mission or flight
Your Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the use cases and needs in close cooperation with the various stakeholders of System Engineering Team
- Definition and realization of software architectures
- Ability to evaluate different architectural solutions and to choose the best solution
- Ability to understand process workflows and define SW solutions using Ada
- Design and implement of mission data preparation and validation solutions with the support of technologies such as Eclipse, OSGI and Java
- Preparation and execution of software tests to satisfy the different levels of verification and validation
- Integration of activities in the Software Development Lifecycle
- Develop according to Software Development Plan and accompanied standards
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Computer Science or comparable
- Many years of professional experience in Information Systems and Computer Science
- Good experience with the programming language Ada
- Good skills in technologies like Eclipse, OSGI and Java
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German skills are a plus
