Remote Software-Engineer for Sovereign Workspace and AI Platforms Salary: 65000 - 90000 EUR per year. At BasePeak GmbH we are looking for a Golang engineer! Our tech stack: Golang, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, DevOps, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, CI/CD, AI, LLM. Requirements: - You have professional experience writing Go Code, maybe even in some (Open Source) cloud native code bases
- You have experience using Kubernetes and developing/managing applications that run in a Kubernetes environment
- Experience writing Kubernetes Controllers/Operators is a big plus
- You don't shy away diving into existing Open Source code bases and going down rabbit holes to enhance them
- You're a team player with startup mentality - everyone does everything and everyone has the power to change things. Your responsibilities are: You're responsible for developing our sovereign platform solutions - Souvera and BasePeak.AI.
Both are based on Kubernetes controller frameworks and require an extremely high level of automation.
You fix and enhance the controllers to bring in new features and stability that our customers need - for both SaaS and On-Prem deployments.
Sometimes you may even touch some frontend (React) code so it plays nicely with your API (Go) changes.
BasePeak.AI is all about infrastructure generating a platform to enable the usage of Agentic AI - so having a passion for playing with bleeding edge technology (which most things in the AI world are) comes in handy here.
We're operating at the infrastructure/platform level in both product lines, so you'll get hands on with Kubernetes environments and integrating (micro-)services with each other for optimal orchestration..
