Strengthen our Platform Engineering Team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Senior or Staff DevOps/Platform Engineer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

Develop reusable platform components such as Terraform modules, CI/CD workflows, and configuration templates to accelerate delivery.
Implement observability and metadata frameworks for transparent platform behavior and actionable insights.
Standardize infrastructure provisioning and networking across Azure and AWS using modern DevOps principles.
Embed security and compliance guardrails into automation and runtime systems for enterprise-grade reliability.
Architect Kubernetes environments and GitOps-based deployment tooling to ensure consistent, scalable operations.

Proven experience as a Senior or Staff Platform Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect in a complex, multi-team environment.
Deep knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS), and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
Strong background in cloud infrastructure - ideally Azure and AWS, with experience designing secure, multi-environment setups (hybrid experience is a plus).
Experience building and maintaining developer platforms or internal platform products, such as reusable modules, pipelines, or self-service portals.
Solid understanding of observability, metadata management, and infrastructure security, with hands-on experience using tools like Datadog.
Hands-on experience with GenAI or data workloads - e.g. AI model serving, GPU-enabled infrastructure, vector stores, or ML pipelines - is a significant plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence engineering culture and drive adoption of platform best practices.
