Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Software Test & Verification Engineer (m/f/d) for Simulation UI Systems in Manching.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze system specification and derive verification strategies and test cases
- Define, document, and maintain structured test procedures
- Plan and execute verification activities
- Perform manual test execution to verify and validate functionality, usability, and system behavior
- Design, implement, and maintain automated GUI tests with tools like Qt Squish
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automated test framework and verification infrastructure & processes
- Document test results and provide clear reports on verification status, and identified defects
- Work closely with system engineers and software developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and ensure testability
- Support integration and regression testing throughout the development life-cycle
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or comparable
- Many years of professional experience in Computer Science
- Experience in programming, testing, verification and requirements as well as in defining and implementing test cases
- Very good skills in Python, Jira and X Ray
- Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
