What will help you succeed

* Deep experience in software development as Senior or Principal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Development Team or Department Lead in an agile IT/Software environment
* Several years of technical leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills - you are able to get different stakeholders (Product Management, the team's Product Owner, Product Architects, ...) on the same page and align people and strategy
* You are a team player with good people skills and a passion for coaching and mentoring others
* You feel comfortable in building strong relationships with your colleagues to advance the business

Compensation Data

* We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 75,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
