* You work with exceptional accuracy and enjoy handling information precisely
* Ideally you bring experience in handling large volumes of data in the fast moving e-commerce process, however, it is not a must
* You take initiative, act proactively and are eager to learn
* You are communicating fluently in Mandarin and English, and have a strong solution-oriented work approach
* High level of customer service and professional attitude are your natural competences
Tasks that inspire me
* You analyse shipment data with great accuracy in order to ensure smooth delivery of goods in e-commerce
* You monitor, identify and follow-up on possible irregularites and are informing customer on each step
* You respond to inquiries and provide timely feedback in a highly professional manner
* You prepare invoices withing defined timelines

We respect that and discuss your working hours, payment and everything that goes with it personally with you - we define the goals together.
