- Konzipiere und entwickle ganzheitliche, innovative sowie nachhaltige Verpackungssysteme für unsere Food-Segmente
- Steuere die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Verpackungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung ökonomischer und ökologischer Ziele
- Garantiere den Schutz und die Qualität unserer Lebensmittel entlang der gesamten Supply Chain für Millionen von Kunden
- Optimiere bestehende Verpackungsmaterialien und qualifiziere eigenständig Zweitlieferanten
- Fungiere als Innovationsmotor und übersetze technologische Trends in marktfähige Lösungen
- Erstelle Prototypen und präsentiere Deine Lösungen direkt beim Kunden
- Unterstütze den Einkauf bei der Auswahl neuer Lieferanten und definiere verbindliche Qualitätsstandards

**DAS LIEFERST DU**

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Verpackungstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungsentwicklung, idealerweise im Food-Umfeld
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Verpackungstechnologie sowie in Design und Konstruktion
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und in der Produktion
- Sicherer Umgang mit Spezialsoftware für Palettenstaupläne sowie mit Google-Produkten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
