**Store Manager* Outdoor, Roermond**

Our client is an internationally successful premium fashion brand – renowned for high-quality collections, style-conscious products, and a modern set of values. The company stands for quality, innovation, and a corporate culture shaped by authenticity, teamwork, and enthusiasm.

With a strong presence in brick-and-mortar retail and a dynamic expansion in e-commerce, the brand is actively shaping the future of the retail segment and relies on strong personalities. A Store Manager* is sought who takes responsibility and actively contributes to shaping structures.

**Your profile**:

- Several years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership position
- Proven leadership skills with strong ability to motivate and develop teams
- Solution-oriented mindset and confident decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities when dealing with employees, customers, and partners
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management
- Confident use of common IT and retail systems
