**You’ll make an impact by **

- **Strategic SCM Communication:** Develop a cross-channel communication strategy based on Siemens Strategic Priorities. Position SCM externally while enabling leadership teams internally.
- **C-Level Collaboration:** Partner closely with executives, driving their event, platform, and social media activities.
- **Fostering Thought Leadership:** Create and scale high-quality content centered on growth areas like sustainability, resilience, digitalization, and the industrial metaverse.
- **Driving Transformation:** Support internal change processes in skill management, organizational development, and branding activities, positioning SCM as an attractive organizational unit.
- **Team Leadership:** Build a cross-functional team and manage internal resources and external agencies to deliver media and event productions.
- **SCM Storytelling: **Translate complex SCM processes into clear, creative key messages for internal and external stakeholders.

**This is how you'll win us over**

- **Education:**
- A master’s degree in media, communications, journalism, business, or a related field
- Experience in academia or teaching is a plus
- **Experience & Skills:**
- Significant professional experience leading and managing teams, ideally in global matrix structures
- Proven expertise in strategic B2B content creation (in both German and English) and collaboration with C-level leadership
- Deep knowledge of media, communication, and digital strategies, including using modern technologies like AI
- Experience in managing events and seamlessly integrating them into overarching communication strategies
- **Ways of working:**
- Strategic thinking combined with analytical skills to handle complex content and structures
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with international teams and stakeholders
- **Languages**: Fluency in German and English at C2 level – both written and spoken
