### As an Intern for a minimum of 10 weeks, you'll become a part of a dedicated project team that offers unwavering support throughout your journey with us. **You'll make an impact by**
- **Detailed Analysis:** Examine customer requirements and conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to provide basis for decisions.- **Strategic Planning:** Work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps, contributing to long-term planning.- **Specialist Interview Support:** Assist with interviews and workshops, helping to facilitate discussions and share knowledge.- **Management Presentations:** Prepare presentations for senior management, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations for strategic decision making
**This is how you'll win us over**
- **Educational Background:** At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master’s/Ph.D.)- **Practical Experience:** Minimum of one internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or involvement in a student consultancy.- **General Consulting Skills:** Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.- **International Experience:** Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships.- **Language:** Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)- **Team Spirit:** High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach.
