- Join E.ON's Group Strategy as a member of the Energy Economics undamp; Policy team, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape our strategic direction by delivering high-quality analysis of key external developments that influence E.ON's business.
- Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to top executives, including board members and the CEO, based on actionable insights into energy markets, industry trends, macroeconomics, and energy policy undamp; regulatory changes.

A Convincing Background
- A collaborativeand results-orientedprofessional with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- A proactive team player, capable of driving change with experience in leading and motivating project teams in a functional setup.
- A university degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in energy market analysis, macroeconomics, and energy policy assessment.
- Experience (3 Years) in consultancy or intelligence roles, with proven skills in electricity market modeling (preferred but not mandatory).
- A strong professional network within the energy sector.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English (German proficiency is a plus).
