Be part of a team that contributes to building a world of sustainable prosperity. ### What You’ll Do * Provide effective supervision and coaching to technical employees, ensuring the achievement of required quality and service output goals * Act as the process leader for shop activities by systematically improving work standards with input from service technicians and the service center team * Manage smooth workflow through the service center and maintain shop records and inventories  * Collaborate with the Semi Service Manager and key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed, and cost aligned with customer and business needs * Ensure current and accurate work standards and engineering procedures, maintaining compliance for maximum quality * Monitor employee compliance with safety regulations and the service center's safety program * Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional growth while monitoring and coordinating training needs in partnership with Training Team  ### What You’ll Bring * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience   * Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred; automotive experience is required * Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals, and meet deadlines  * Ability to lead group root-cause problem-solving activities and rapidly develop countermeasures     * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively interact with customers as required * Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime * Foundational computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office required Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
