Supplier Quality Engineer (all gender)

YOU...

- work as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for the auxiliary systems of our gas turbines, steam turbines and generators
- you will be responsible for conducting supplier qualification, development, and quality assurance measures
- support a cross-functional team by assessing supplier capabilities, conducting supplier audits, and evaluating quality management systems and processes
- manage product and process qualification, ensuring suppliers processes are approved in line with the Manufacturing Quality Control Plan
- perform source, virtual, and desk inspections of suppliers within the designated area of responsibility
- coordinate nonconformance processing with suppliers and ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent recurrence
- monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adjust quality, inspection, and development planning activities accordingly
- work with various Supplier Quality Development tools and databases, ensuring data quality and transparency

Be our forward thinker
YOU...

- hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
- have technical experience in industrial process technology and/or auxiliary systems in energy generation plants (preferred)
- have more years of experience in a technical field and/or working in Supply Chain Management or Quality Management
- have experience conducting supplier audits and knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements; additional ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are a plus
- are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time
- have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
