Your role will also involve spearheading the implementation of modern storage solutions and advanced material handling equipment to meet the dynamic needs of the logistics sector.
- You will lead high-impact logistics projects that optimize and standardize processes across 10 global warehouses and transportation networks.
- You will drive site transformations by managing space development, layout optimization, and material flow designs.
- You will implement modern logistics solutions such as advanced storage systems and transportation technologies.
- You will oversee the selection and rollout of material handling equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
- You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
- You will continuously improve logistics workflows and leverage analytical insights to inform your decisions.

To excel as a Supply Chain Coordinator (d/m/w), you must bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in project management and logistics operations, who are comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives within complex matrix organizations.
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- You should possess 3 years of professional experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- You must demonstrate hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and improving warehouse material flows and storage systems.
- You need to have expertise in managing end-to-end project cycles, including initiation, planning, monitoring, and closing.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- You must be fluent in English (negotiation level) and advanced in German.
- You need solid analytical skills to develop compelling business cases and manage project financials effectively.
- You must be willing to travel globally to support logistics projects and initiatives.
