In the role of Supply Officer Aircraft on Ground, you will manage
requirements, ordering, and delivery processes, while actively
controlling material flows for manufacturing.

month).

Ihre Aufgaben

- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions
to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and
developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders,
analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics
processes Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day
business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of
the order
- Part of the on-call service

Unsere Anforderungen

- Education: A completed vocational training in Logistics or Freight
Forwarding, a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a focus on
Logistics, or a qualification as a State-certified Technician or
Business Administrator (Betriebswirt).
- Availability: Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call
duties.
- Expertise: Solid experience in material procurement and supply
chain processes.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and SAP.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); German, French
or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Clearance: A clean criminal record (Certificate of Good Conduct) is
mandatory.
