Your role is to bring the "delicious is what matters" motto to life on our plates, with no compromise on aesthetics or quality. You'll manage HACCP standards and ensure smooth operations, even during busy times, while enjoying your work.
Ideal candidates are quality and sustainability-focused, seeking to join a family-run business. Responsibilities include sushi preparation, quality control, creative dish development, compliance with hygiene and safety, teamwork, and occasional guest interaction. We value open, communicative personalities with organizational skills, reliability, independence, creativity, team orientation, stress resilience, and flexibility.
