We are looking for highly motivated and committed engineers to join our exciting team of innovators. In this role, you will be a key member of the cellular system engineering team working on low-power, high-performance cellular modem SoC architecture.
### Description
You will take part in the pioneering work of validating and enhancing new SoC concepts for cellular modems which enable innovative features, lead to efficient system design for high-performance, low-power cellular SoCs.
### Responsibilities
- Contribute to modem modeling.
- Define test case configurations which push the system at the limits.
- Simulate these test cases, analyze the system behavior, extract the critical performance indicators.
- Propose concept enhancements based on the detailed understanding of the system behavior.
- Correlate the models with the HW RTL based simulations and also with the live HW.
- Collaborate closely with Architecture, System Engineering, HW Design and Verification, FW and SW Development.
- Employ AI tools to increase efficiency of engineering work where vital.
### Minimum Qualifications
- Track record in the area of wireless communications.
- Proven years of work experience with detailed exposure to HW, assembly, 3G protocol stack, real time scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of embedded systems HW, parallelism, coherency, real time scheduling.
- Knowledge of current cellular communication standards: 5G (NR) and 4G (LTE).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (architecture evaluation, feasibility analysis, modeling and simulation, system dynamic analysis, debugging).
- Programming expertise required: C++ mandatory, Python preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration capabilities and teamwork.
- English language skills are required.
### Preferred Qualifications
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with proven years of working experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for suitably senior positions.
