**KWS Berlin GmbH** is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Team Coordinator (m/f/d)** with knowledge of English and/or German (m\\f\\d). This is a **full-time permanent position at our location in Berlin**.
**Responsibilities: **
- Coordination of team members to ensure successful delivery of operations
- Proactively identifying and preventing service delivery issues
- Monitoring process improvements and automation
- Ensuring staffing and the effective division of tasks according to knowledge levels and vacation calendar
- Interdisciplinary leading and developing team members
- Management of escalations
- Overseeing projects as well as closing and audit activities
**Tasks: **
- Orchestrate daily operations and priorities as well as substitution planning for vacations
- Support the Team Lead with project management and automation initiatives
- Conducting regular feedback meetings with team members in scope
- Support Team Lead in ESD processes
- Overseeing onboardings as well as audit and closing activities
- Monitoring and reviewing delivered quality in operations
- Assisting the Team Lead with staffing related activities such as the conduction of interviews
- Hosting BU meetings and serving as first instance of escalation
- Liaising and managing internal as well as external stakeholders
- Contributing up to 25% of working time in operations
**Profile:**
- BA Degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics. Correlated areas such as International Relations will also be considered
- MA Degree is desirable
- Study fields relevant for people management (e.g. leadership etc.) are also of interest
- Prior experience in accounts payable and/or accounting is desirable
- Fluency in English (Knowledge of German and other languages is considered an asset)
- Knowledge of SAP / S/4 HANNA considered an advantage
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and procedures with years of proven relevant experience
- Solid experience in process optimization in finance and the ability to handle large workloads
- Organized, detailed oriented, and able to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to engage others
- Motivated individual
- Prior experience in the Agribusiness sector is a plus
