As the DS Business Partner for switchgear Factories, you will play a pivotal role as the primary liaison between business operations and Digital Core. You will lead a team of seasoned Digital Business Partners for switchgear plants in Germany, USA, Mexico, Brazil. In this capacity, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer demands, ensuring stakeholders' confidence in the management of their needs, and fostering an environment conducive to their growth.

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

* Effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including team members, Business (such as Country CEOs, CFOs, and Cluster/Plant Heads), and other organizational units 
* Demonstrate exemplary leadership by motivating your team, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring the team's overall productivity 
* Leverage your experience in OT Technology to lead plant-specific initiatives, adding significant value to the role 
* Apply your understanding of factory operations and technical intricacies to design and implement Digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency 
*  Oversee the effective project management and rollout of various global implementations in factories under your scope 
*  Exhibit strong analytical abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and execute appropriate actions decisively 
* Process Engineering skills to map E2E processes and digitalizing the same for value creation

What You Bring

*  Degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline as well as extensive experience as a Digital Business Partner or within an Operational Technology (OT) environment 
*  Proven track record in building, scaling, and leading distributed teams 
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, particularly in engaging with senior leaders as primary stakeholders 
*  Significant experience in Digital project implementation and management, coupled with substantial leadership acumen as well as in-depth understanding of infrastructure, applications and cyber security with mandatory hands-on technical expertise in at least one relevant area 
* Proficiency in Financial Management, including service planning and budgeting  as well as practical experience with automation and visualization platforms is considered an asset 
*  Knowledge of Cyber Security within an OT environment, with experience leading ISO 27001 audits, is highly advantageous
* An ITIL certification is required as well as fluency in both English and German
