For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.
As Team Lead IT – Onsite Support (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for leading the onsite support team in Wiesbaden while driving service excellence and standardized support processes internationally.
### Your Tasks
- Disciplinary management of the Onsite-Support Team in Wiesbaden
- Responsible for first level support at all locations in Germany
- Group-wide definition of support standards
- Responsible for coordinating support tickets and service requests (prioritization, distribution, and escalation)
- Establishment of a global community for support standards
### Your Profile
- Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Minimum experience of 5 years in leading IT teams
- Ability to steer internal/external consulting and external service providers
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Ability to build and manage a young team with changing personnel
- Willingness to provide professional development for employees
- Driver's license Class B
- Professional in English and German
