- Transfer of EMC Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and team
- Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions
- Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality
#### Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field
- Several years of professional experience in the space industry
- Comprehensive and in-depth specialist knowledge of EMC Engineering
- Very good communications skills and intercultural competencies
- Good analytical skills as well as a well-organized and structured style of working
- Good decision-making and delegation capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results within cost
- Objectivity, empathy and the ability to accept and reflect on criticism
