As Team Lead of HR Operational Excellence, you will drive the digital transformation and continuous improvement of HR Global Business Services across the Körber Group. In close collaboration with consultants, you will lead initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability and user experience of local and global HR processes.
Your role in our team
* You will take on the disciplinary and functional leadership of the HR Operational Excellence team, ensuring strong collaboration, professional growth and effective resource planning
* You will lead and support strategic HR Shared services projects across the full project lifecycle
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimizing, automating and digitizing HR processes to increase operational efficiency and service quality is also part of your responsibilities
* You will develop innovative concepts and translate them into actionable project plans for transformation initiatives
* Independently you will prepare, facilitate and follow up on cross-functional and cross-location workshops and meetings, including feasibility studies for process optimization and digitalization
* HR process governance will lie in your hands; you will ensure clear documentation, transparency and consistent change management
* Additionally, you will serve as a key link between project teams, HR functions, business stakeholders and cross-functional partners
* You will foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and supporting internal and cross-departmental change initiatives
Your profile
* You have intensive experience in project management, process analysis, design and optimization, ideally in a shared services or HR transformation context
* As a proven leader, you know how to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams
* You possess deep knowledge of HR operations, including payroll administration
* A structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset allows you to manage complex challenges effectively
* You communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels in English and optionally in German
* You have a sound understanding of global IT landscapes and the importance of standardization in scalable HR solutions
