- Implement lessons learned across projects for systems engineering processes
- Ensure the quantitative and qualitative timely provision of the required personnel with adequate skills for OHB System AG's projects
- Plan the work processes and tasks of the team, considering the project constraints, by supporting projects in the bidding process,
- Ensure completion of the allocated tasks productively, effectively and efficiently, taking into account the legal regulations and valid company agreements
- Evaluate compatibility of Technologies and Innovations with existing processes,
Support achievement of department goals
#### Your Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
- Distinctive leadership experience as well as communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional experience in satellite projects in particular in the fields under responsibility of the team
- Self-managed and pro-active working style
- Ability to work with and implement processes
- Ability to work in and coordinate a team
- Working level proficiency in written and spoken English. German and other language skills advantageous
