Job Description & Key Responsibilities As a Technical Consultant, you support our customers in the planning and customization of our Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) platform and the technical integration with tools from other providers. You take responsibility for the technical implementation: from API integration to custom scripting to direct customer consulting. Advise customers on the technical implementation and integration of our EAM platform into their existing system landscapes Design and develop solutions involving API integration, custom scripting, and middleware connectivity Implement, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations using technologies like JavaScript, PowerShell, REST APIs, and others Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless project delivery Understand complex IT environments quickly and develop pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions Support the continuous improvement of our integration practices and share best practices internally Qualifications University degree (e.g., Computer Science) or vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or application development) At least 3 years of professional experience in an IT-related environment. Experience in IT support is a plus. Solid programming skills, particularly in: JavaScript PowerShell Additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript) are a plus Experience with REST APIs Practical experience with middleware connections and system integration You can convince, advise, and guide customers You quickly understand complex contexts and independently develop pragmatic solutions You are motivated to dive into the topic of Enterprise Architecture and to understand new technologies.
