- Implementing change actions (installation, cabling, racking, etc.) in accordance with client procedures and best practices
- Confidently handle installations, configurations, and repairs of IT systems in sensitive and critical Business situations
- Maintain a high-quality standard, ensuring processes are followed and customer needs are met
- Enjoy regular communication with internal technical departments
- Continuously develop your support skills for IT systems, progressing towards the support of complex IT solutions
### Mandatory skills:
- Some initial experience in IT support or as a technician
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
- An adventurous spirit, happy to be on the road.
- A valid driver’s license (Class B) is required
- Readiness for duty and special services & for Ü2 security check.
- Professional German and English level oral and written
- Rigorous, organized, and able to prioritize
