placement. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in
international environments and are passionate about driving end-to-end
transformation within complex supply chain ecosystems Ihre Aufgaben
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain
transformation projects while ensuring strong adoption across
stakeholder groups. Collaborate closely with engineering, supply
chain, and cross-functional teams to align business requirements,
operational constraints, and technical considerations. Translate
technical discussions and requirements into structured, actionable
project plans and high-quality deliverables. Manage project timelines,
budgets, resources, and ensure adherence to defined scope and
objectives. Identify potential risks early, develop robust mitigation
strategies, and proactively address project challenges. Provide clear,
concise, and consistent communication of project progress, issues, and
achievements to internal and external stakeholders. Ihr Profil
Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project
management, preferably within technology-driven or
transformation-focused environments. Strong communication, leadership,
and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in
tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Project . Preferred
Skills Experience working in supply chain or manufacturing -related
environments. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of APQC best practices for business process optimization and
standardization. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process
improvement methodologies. Perspektiven Permanent employment contract
