What you will do
As an Associate Installer Support Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for certified installers working with residential energy and EV charging products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing **technical support** for home energy storage and EV charging systems
- Supporting **certified installers** via remote channels (phone, ticketing system, CRM)
- Troubleshooting technical issues and:
- Identifying remote solutions where possible
- Deciding when **on‑site Field Service support** is required
- Escalating **critical or complex technical cases** to the appropriate teams
- Accurately **documenting all cases** in the CRM system
- Offering **technical guidance and training** to installers
- Working closely with internal teams such as: Service , Operations , Sales , Field Service
What we’re looking for
- Technical background (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar)
- Experience in a **technical support / support engineering** role
- Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with **CRM systems** and MS Office
- **English and French are required**
